You interpreted our requirements skilfully and enhanced them using your design skills and product knowledge. You were also flexible enough to allow the design to evolve as the work progressed. Your tradesmen who completed the job were a pleasure to have around – they were always friendly and proficient and endeavoured to keep the disruption to ourselves and our neighbours to a minimum. You managed the project in a very professional way and always kept us informed of progress. The work was completed within the expected timescale. | Vision recently carried
out a complete refurbishment of my home, including bathrooms. Before instructing Steve, I did also gain quotes from other builders. Steve's quote was very fair, but also his intelligent, organised and helpful approach was outstanding. As I proceeded with the job with Steve, I knew I had made the right choice. He is very professional, very organised, his work is carefully done to a high standard. He also had a good design eye, which was particularly apparent in planning the bathrooms, which now look stunning. He completed the work to time and let me know immediately if there were any queries or changes to schedule or specification. His team are very good and they all are extremely pleasant and courteous. | Steve has done lots of work
for me, as I have a number of properties, which have been renovated.
He's done an excellent job on all of them, these renovations have
taken the houses right back to their brickwork. He has done the
electrics, brickwork, tiling, kitchen fitting and a number of other
things. He organises everything and has done an absolutely excellent

and refitted our kitchen, including the electrics and lighting.
He turned up when he said he would and apologised if he was late.
He listened to our ideas and made suggestions and was really conscientious.
He left the house really tidy. He's really quite excellent, I've
recommended him to four of my friends and he's coming back to do

| Steve & his team had
to completely rip out our entire basement kitchen back to brick
work on a tight schedule in order for the damp proofing professionals
to do their required work before the new kitchen could be fitted.
We were all very impressed how Steve and his team worked extremely
hard starting early and finishing late without taking many breaks
